I found these little tin mail boxes for our kids and wanted to leave them little notes in the weeks before Valentine’s Day and found that the notes were a nice little way for them to wake up each morning. I laminated the little notes before I put them in their lunch boxes, and with one child teething at the time it was best to protect the little notes so they lasted through the day.

The Valentine’s notes were such a huge success for us this year, we thought we could make some in the spirit of Halloween. A couple of them even transcend to an autumn look and feel in a general sense. We hope you like them as much as we do.
